New mercies, every morning

One hundred mornings of sunrise and song — November 2, 2026 to February 9, 2027

For one hundred mornings, I am starting the day the way I start it in the places I love most: facing the sunrise. Every film in this series is a real sunrise I stood in front of on our travels — a long shoreline at dawn, boats resting at anchor, the sky going pink before the sun clears the hills. Each one is short, about twenty seconds: the length of one quiet breath of morning. Under it, a song a congregation can sing together, and one verse to carry into the day. A new morning goes up every day at 7:40 a.m. Central, from November 2, 2026 to February 9, 2027 — Day 1 to Day 100 — and each day's story lives here, with notes on where the light was and when to go, if you ever stand there yourself. Every morning's film also joins the series playlist, “100 Days of Morning Prayer,” on our YouTube channel, XingAI Travel, so the hundred mornings can be watched in order. These hundred mornings are kept in loving memory of Mom. Every new morning is a precious grace.
