Decision support
The product provides travel suggestions, destination comparisons, trade-off explanations, and planning assistance. It does not guarantee that a destination, itinerary, price, or booking outcome will match what you need in real life.
User responsibility
Before you pay, verify live prices, availability, visa and entry rules, health requirements, safety conditions, insurance needs, and cancellation policies with airlines, hotels, governments, and other providers. You are responsible for your travel documents and for complying with local law.
Accounts and browser data
Today most trip context and Your Trips history stay in this browser (sessionStorage / localStorage). Clearing site data removes them. We may add signed-in features later; those terms will say what we store server-side.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, scrape it at scale, attack it, attempt to bypass rate limits, or submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content. We may throttle or block abuse.
Third-party booking links
After a decision, we may show partner search links. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. XingAI is not a party to your booking contract unless a separate agreement says so.
Changes and contact
We may update features, routes, content, and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: contact@xingai.app.
